We have confirmation of my ovulations suspicions in form of the arrival of a new cycle. Not quite what we had hoped would come of that little eggy but that’s ok!

We go into this new cycle with a new outlook, a new determination and a new excitement.

Continuing on with our lifestyle changes, healthy eating and regular exercise. After a a lifetime of bad habits it’s not easy to make the choices I need to now but they’re choices that benefit our whole family. Our children will grow with healthy habits rather than repeating our bad ones. If we do manage to conceive #3 I am hoping to experience an easier pregnancy with less strain on my body. Hubby will kick some of his ad habits and get healthier too.

Hopefully our changes will add another much loved child to our family but most importantly, will keep us all healthy enough to enjoy our family for years to come.
